THE ROLE

What a conference week looks like.

BEFORE
Learn the product
Paid training on the client's product, pitch and target list. On Full Cycle projects, you help book meetings in advance.
DURING
Work the room
Run the booth, demo the product, find the decision-makers at side events, and log every useful contact.
AFTER
Close it
Hand over a clean lead report. Senior reps follow up and push deals to signature, with commission on every close.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Skills, not looks.

You've worked in or around crypto: an exchange, protocol, fund, community or media.
You can explain a product clearly in two minutes.
English plus at least one of Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese or a Southeast Asian language.
You enjoy walking up to strangers, and following up the next day.
Sales or BD experience is a plus, not a must. We train you.
